The 'No Entry' sign had been there for ages. When I finally removed it and opened the door, no one came. When someone finally approached, I thought she had entered, but it was only till now did I realise that all these while, she was just hovering at the entrance.

I'm sad because I can't do anything to help. I'm disappointed because it appears that I don't invite confidence. I'm also disillusioned because I think I was being naive when I had thought that the closeness in our friendship was mutual.

The time may have arrived for me to close the door once again. At least I was not sad, disillusioned, or disappointed by these with the 'No Entry' sign still hanging.

To date, I believe I have watched more than 30 Korean drama series, and amongst these, hunks/eye-candies/hotties are not hard to find, afterall Korean dramas are famous for casting good-looking actors as leads. So, as promised in the earlier entry, this will be a 排行榜 of the actors who really did '电'到 me in one way or another as I was watching their dramas. However, if at the end of it, you are not happy with my list, too bad, 'cos it MY list! LOL
~~~
1. Song Seung Heon
代表作品: Autumn in My Heart
Why him: Just look at him! Perfectly-sculpted looks, I was so electrocuted when I was watching AiMH I thought I might need to be hospitalized...
Hunk/Eye-Candy/Hottie ratings: ☆☆☆☆☆
2. Park Shin Yang
代表作品: Lovers in Paris
Why him: He just exudes this charismatic princely aura in LIP, and his infectious mega-watt smile is diamond!
Hunk/Eye-Candy/Hottie ratings: ☆☆☆☆☆
3. Lee Dong Wook
代表作品: My Girl
Why him: He looks just like how JK Rowling describes Tom Riddle; very handsome, but when he smiles, his perfect features were somewhat 'distorted'...
Hunk/Eye-Candy/Hottie ratings: ☆☆☆☆
4. Kang Ji Hwan
代表作品: Capital Scandal
Why him: Sharp features, looks boyish when he smiles, plus he is very tall...
Hunk/Eye-Candy/Hottie ratings: ☆☆☆☆
5. Jae Hee
代表作品: Delightful Girl, Chun Hyang
Why him: The story of DGCH spans over 10 years, and Jae Hee played each transformation of his character very well, especially through his eyes.
Hunk/Eye-Candy/Hottie ratings: ☆☆☆☆
6. Won Bin
代表作品: Autumn in My Heart
Why him: Boyish looks, boyish charm. Pity he has the tendency of making the 酸梅嘴 which I don't like...
Hunk/Eye-Candy/Hottie ratings: ☆☆☆☆
7. Dennis O'Neil
代表作品: Witch Amusement
Why him: I've always have a soft spot for half Asian-half Caucasian, even though his acting is.......
Hunk/Eye-Candy/Hottie ratings: ☆☆☆☆
8. Daniel Henney
代表作品: My Name in Kim Sam Soon
Why him: Another half-half, but Dennis was placed higher 'cos Daniel pouts a lot...
Hunk/Eye-Candy/Hottie ratings: ☆☆☆☆
9. Lee Seo Jin
代表作品: Lovers
Why him: Not exactly an eye-candy, but he is definitely hot 'cos he's a hunk! His amazing voice, acting, physique, and dimples are reasons for his nomination...
Hunk/Eye-Candy/Hottie ratings: ☆☆☆☆
10. Lee Dong Gun
代表作品: Lovers in Paris
Why him: Now, this guy... One moment he's amazingly hot, the next moment he can look a bit weird... But when he's the former, he is perfectly capable of sweeping you off your feet...
Hunk/Eye-Candy/Hottie ratings: ☆☆☆
Reflection time: It's been a long week... I can't remember when was the last time when I've been so busy (meaning much lesser time left for me to surf net and stuff like that) for almost the whole week and at the end of each day, I felt so drained of energy. Yet, the strange thing was, looking back, it's seemed like I didn't achieve much though...
===
Met up with S15 CLA classmates and teacher yesterday. Even though I knew it beforehand, but the arrival of XXX still dampened my spirit considerably. But that's beside the point cos I hardly ever acknowledged her presence anyway.
What was more shocking was the news regarding XXX2, whom I long believed to have vanished into the thin air (I've mentioned this quite a few times to a few friends but they just laughed it off), and the conversations we had revolving around her confirmed my belief, though it turned out to be a 自编自导自演 thingy... I never expected this from someone like her, nor did any of us, it's like a backlash, or betrayal, or something to that extent if you know what I mean.
When I found out from Ying Ru and Soff that http://www.youareblocked.com/ really worked, I still jokingly said, "Huh... Now all whom I've blocked will know liao..." (But peeps, if you're intending to check this out or have already tried, and you see my email address there, please do clarify with me first hor... I may have done so without realising, or that MSN simply just screwed up, not that it's the first time they screwed up...)
Out of curiosty, I tried it last night, and I was stunned. Not that I did not expect anyone to have blocked me cos I'm not exactly a nice soul anyway, but 2 of them were people whom I least expected to have done so:
  • XXX2 (well done! so that was part of your tactic to "vanish into the thin air")
  • a primary school classmate who added me first (well done! *clap clap clap*)
  • a current classmate, whom I'm still doing group projects with (well done! *standing ovation + wolf whistle*) --> the devil in me, "my friend, YOU DIE!!! x_x"
The last issue of this entry: I'm actually a green demon in disguise!
Ever since young, I've always carried this (I know it's stupid) suspicion that I'm not my parents' child and that I'm picked up from some rubbish bin they chanced upon. Don't laugh, I'm sure some of you suspected that too when you were young, especially when you see them caring for your siblings more than you. Talk of watching too much drama, yeah whatever, anyway...
"Mummy, I've been having diarrhoea for the past few days leh"
"orh, go see doctor lor."
"Mummy, I'm having backache again, a few days le, it's not menstrual cramp leh"
"orh, go see doctor lor."
"Mummy, what are these on my hands arh? Very pain leh, are they corns?"
*took a look* "orh, go see doctor lor."
Yes, she may think that her "go see doctor lor." is already a care and concern for me, but why is it that your tone is always nonchalant and you never look up from your papers whenever you said this? Is reading the newspapers more important?
I just wanted to know what those painful corn-like looking things are, why were your responses to me always so different from the one KY receives? At least 姑姐's "go see doctor" was filled with so much more concern, she may not know what they are, but she still gave me those corn-plasters to try. Ya, I appreciate that you finally took the initiative to ask me what happened to my hand when one of them finally succeeded in outgrowing the rest to a size of 3 to 4 times their normal size, but it was still only after I freaked out and asked you to take a look. Haven't I already told you about this condition six months ago? And what was your response? I doubt you even remembered. I expected more response/reaction from you this time round you know? At least if you merely suggested applying what and what ointment I will also be contended. But all that I got were those 3 words again, what can I do except to retreat to my room dejectedly?
I also don't want to look like a brat who's yearning for her mother's attention, but your "aiyo! what happened to you toe?", "want to go see a doctor?", and "aiyo, be careful la" to KY just made me so disheartened. I did not make these up, I saw and heard them with my own eyes and ears yesterday. But so what, you'll deny if I bring this up to you, or simply just claim you have no impression, like you always did. So, Pa, now you know why it's impossible for me to treat KY like before? Cos we are no longer innocent as we are no longer children, these are the things that will stay as thorns in the heart.
So, point proven: I'm not a human. I'm a monster whose DNA defined my skin colour and iris to be green, and horns growing at an alarming rate.
I was on a bus to school this morning when I saw an ad on a taxi:
"The card that does not discriminate"
But what made me went O.O was the brand of that card: AIDS!!!
I wondered whether my eyes were playing tricks cos it's still quite early in the morning, but it definitely looked like a credit card advertisement. Thus, my brain started working and creative juices (if there even is any) began flowing...
Much as I may want to say that I don't care if anyone reads my blog, but each time I update, I still habour a hope that at least people who care will read. So, to the people who care who are reading this now, please do pardon me if I don't blog as regularly as you wished.
Why? Because,
1. I don't depend on blogging for survival, I don't make a living from doing so,
and, most importantly,
2. I don't live to blog
I don't lead a very eventful life; if there is no business, I'm happy to stay at home everyday. Given this, what do you expect to see in my entries? That I've eaten, slept, showered, shitted?
But, but, but, but, but,
I do have some pictures to upload today...
I went to Hong Kong AGAIN!!!
And to my favourite place in Hong Kong: DISNEYLAND!!!
The 4 Dragons together!
The food in Disneyland was very expensive, about 2 to 3 times more expensive, but it wasn't exceptionally nice...
dessert at 许留山! I love the desserts there! Why? 'cos they are all mangoes!!!
The place we stayed at, very small, but it has everything...
I remembered there was once when the shopkeeper was speaking to me in Cantonese, but when I took out my wallet to pay for the items, she immediately switched to Mandarin. Cos I spent some time differentiating the different notes and coins -.-
same amount, but 3 different patterns...
End of Hong Kong trip, below are just some other misc. pictures...
know what is this, Adeline? Milo Dinosaur! very different from the one you had at Mind's Cafe right? hahahahaha
One or two months ago, my father happened to rent a car (for some reasons which I forgot), we got into the car at the carpark, and while waiting for my father to finish loading some stuff into the boot, I saw someone who kept looking at me, or rather, us.
Me: 看什么看?!
Mum: 你在跟谁讲话?
Me: (妈) 咪, 周杰伦一直在看我...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! It was the watch (I think is Titus brand or something) advertisement on a van!
And the last picture of the day is especially for Adeline! (taken without her permission :D)
