Finally got to visit Harry's Bar yesterday! Went there with Ade and her friend to the one at Boat Quay for the live band. I won't say I love it exactly, but I enjoyed myself nonetheless. The atmosphere/ambience was good, but I don't see any people of our age there though LOL

Madam Butterfly

Went to the Ministry of Sound (I only agreed 'cos it was Ladies' Night) as Ade's friend was bored. I suspect she was already drunk (unsurprising, 'cos she almost finished the whole pitcher of beer by herself) as she kept on talking loudly (not that she wasn't before she even started drinking), and suddenly like very friend with me linking her arm with mine, but I didn't feel very comfortable with that...

The moment I stepped into MoS, I knew which one I prefer. The music was too heavy and thumping, and worst, crowded! I was telling Ade that I pity the staff working there 'cos it's like working at a construction site, but she said the difference is MoS is more high class LOL

outside MoS toilet (that's about the quietest place at MoS)... psst, Ade's camwhoring skill is as good as comparable to Cammy's haha!

Just came back from Msia yesterday, and was supposed to be meeting Ade tonight, but due to circumstances... LOL
I'm not sure if it really is 水土不服 or something, but seems like everytime I go back to Msia I'll be ill, and when I'm back, all the symptoms got full-blown. Mummy always says it's because I drank too little water, or ate too much heaty food, blah blah blah... I thought so too, so this time I made sure I drink a lot of water, but I still came back with a bad sorethroat -.-
Didn't take many photos there 'cos I didn't actually enjoyed myself, though Mummy did take a ugly one of me (which she does most of the times 'cos she never gives cue), but I came back with a bigger tummy, damn!

Tomorrow will be fun :D (we shall see)

Yesterday was a blast! Met up with Cammy, Shimin, Soffenny, and Yingru. Chatted a lot, ate a lot (according to Cammy), laughed a lot... It's been a long time since I laugh so heartily... Not that I wasn't happy with my current new friends in school, just that gatherings with old time buddies and reminiscence are more blissful.

We watched Stardust as well, and also saw the preview for Enchanted, the movie my mum told me about last month, and I must say that she was right when she said I will like it haha... Back to Stardust, saw a couple of familiar faces and background props in it (Dumbledore's office for example). Perhaps I'm finally starting to warm up to western movies... This is very much like the type of movies I enjoy: fairytale-like, magic, comedy, a little bit of action... Much as I like this movie, at the end of it, 理智 still tells me that it's a little silly. But if that's the case, the genre of movie that I like should all be silly isn't it? Oh no, except Hairspray perhaps...

Went to NorthPoint today and saw that Harry Potter and The Order of Phoenix is finally out (which is a double joy for me 'cos it means Hairspray will be out soon as well :D), I grabbed it immediately, and sort of regretted the moment of impulse after I stepped out of TS 'cos I should have waited for the price to drop... But what to do? I'm not only the slave of LIP but HP also (and of course many other stuff as well:()... At least the plus point of the day is I finally bought the USB hub after months of deliberation and not on impulse, that should be considered an achievement LOL..

With so many happy events lately and Ade also finished a'levels, looks like my dark days are finally over, at least till another setback decides to embrace me again, something which I will definitely not welcome...

"Chanced" upon an invisible blog today, was very touched by what was written... Thanks Ade, I didn't know I'm that good...

I'm in a pretty good mood these few days, because.................. I FOUND TREASURE!!!!! :D I thought I have seen all LIP clips available on the Internet, until 3 days ago. Guess what? I found 3 NG clips and 5 interview clips! Good haul, haha! Considering LIP is quite "old" (i hate to use this word on LIP...), how lucky can you get to be able to unearth vintage clips, let alone download them!

Saw the papers yesterday, WanBao, somehow I find that WB's professionalism is going downhill. My impression of WB used to be that it reports mostly useful news, and maybe a bit of entertainment news (still news what), and that WB is unbiased. But recently, unworthy "news" (cos outdated) have been making headlines and the tone was biased. I say unworthy cos WB made a mountain out of a molehill, e.g. news regarding XX. I just think someone in WB has a grudge against her or something, cos her entries that were more, erm say controversial, have found their way onto the headlines, and sometimes the original content was distorted. I'm not trying to defend XX, I know she's famous hence WB thinks her entries should be reported, but definitely not headline! I still think late-afternoon or evening papers should stick to reporting more important news current affairs, blah, and what-have-you, in other words, something serious, and tuck the entertainment news and gossips into the corners.

Time really flies, my first term in a new school is coming to an end soon. It is neither as fun nor as happening as I had thought (unless you count having lecturers replaced mid-way through the term for both subjects).
I realised that i'm not as brave or as forgiving about hypocrisy. I thought that my first encounter with it had stung me bad enough that I would not be as affected should I encounter it again. Perhaps I was too naive to think that international students are more innocent. Clearly, I was wrong.

I don't feel... complete these days. It's been like, I have things to do everyday, yet something's missing in my life, and I don't know what it is.
